Kaagum gets Kagi

Hi,

Kaagum has an exciting new Kagi search tool that lets the LLM search the
web. The Kagi search tool is enabled when the --kagi-api-key-command
argument is passed; for example, --kagi-api-key-command="pass kagi".
Kagi[1] is an independent privacy-respecting search engine. You'll need
to pay for an account to use their services.

As a quick follow-up, I wrote a Kagi "extract" tool as well. This tool
uses the Kagi extract API[1] to fetch any web page and convert it to
markdown. Now kaagum can read any web page robustly. It's a shame that
the modern web is so hard to read and you need an API to do this, but it
is what it is, I guess.

In the future, it would be interesting to do this locally in kaagum
itself, but that might require something like lightpanda[2].
