Greetings.

I am contacting you to inform you that our company (PwC) international project loan financier will like to make you one of our agents in your country, and you will be entitled to 1.5% as a global finder's fee commission for any client that you refer to take a loan from us.

Our company has investors that specializes in giving out instant loans with a good interest rate. The investor’s interest is in an existing company, or business, or project that needs funds for expansion, and irrespective of the location, the rate is 2.5% per annum.
 
If you can recommend a company or person to take the loan funds from the investor, you and I will be entitled to 3% of any amount received by the company from the investor, but if you are taking the loan fund directly as a company, I will be entitled to 1.5%, and you will retain 1.5% as a global finder's fee commission. 
There will be a face-to-face meeting between the investor’s financial representative and you or your client to make a (Loan Agreement) and sign in person.

You should look for a reliable person or company that needs loan funds, and we can easily make 3% of the amount received from the investor, and you will retain 1.5% as a global finder's fee commission. We need to maintain absolute confidentiality in the transaction as the fund provider wants to remain anonymous, so you have to keep it highly confidential between us.
